I'm facing "XULRunner has stopped working" error message when I try to record a new transaction in Dynatrace windows recorder. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the recorder to avoid any problem with the recorder itself. The same error is occurring in other systems as well.
Has anyone faced similar issue and got any fix for it?

Hi Muthu, Could you perform the reinstall once more by first uninstalling, then removing directories
• C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Gomez Installing once again as administrator. Let me know how you get on as I have one more alternative
