Report on cipher versions

Does anyone know if RUM is capable of reporting cipher version and the client/server that are using these ciphers?

In CAS reports, no

In AMD diagnostics information, the AMD is able to report a count of each cipher it has seen, but there is no direct breakdown of what client/server/etc used which cipher.
