I have a client facing performance issues using pros.com pricing software - local users can work reasonably well, but users in other regions have severe performance issues. pros.com seems to be a heavily flash-based web application (Java/Apache/Tomcat backend).
Of course DC-RUM would be able to monitor the swf-client download times - but I wonder if we will also be able transactions/operations directly related to user actions. Unfortunately I do not yet have a network trace - so my question if anyone has experience with the network behaviour of pros.com
Thank you for any comments!

No direct experience, and can't really provide any guidance. When a Flash applet is involved the communications back to the server can be anything. If you're lucky it'll be something accessible, like XML over HTTP, or JSON maybe. Worst case you'll some encrypted proprietary protocol that you can't do anything with.
