We would like to be able to filter out applications from the main (application) dashboards. And not by specifying the names as exclusion in every single report. But rather filtering out on a specific attribute.
I can't see another way than creating a filtering in the form negating on (occurance of characters in) the name. But renaming the application and adding a specifc characters is not likely a good idea.
It would be helpful if in the definitions we could set attributes to applications and filter out applications with matching attributed (like support level, or own created maturity index). That probably would be an enhancement request.
Or by grouping applications and be able to in or exclude certain groups.
Anybody with some ideas on this?

Did you try to use the "Data access" functionality?
You can create user groups in the RUM Console and add certain applications to this user group. With this functionality the user is only able to see data of these applications in all of his reports. Will this help?
