Hello @Abbas N.

I have seen this type of information in the "System status" and that was due to the network.

I would suggest you verify with the network team in case there is a delay/reset/retransmission and also make sure cluster slave server DNS name is resolving.

Did you try filtering failed transaction on dynatrace service?
