Please join us in congratulating Joshua P., the
Dynatrace Employee Member of the Month for December!

Joshua is a Product
Specialist with Dynatrace ONE Premium and has been with Dynatrace since 2016.
He was formerly a Guardian embedded with Lenovo, but after empowering their
teams in Raleigh, Beijing, and Kuala Lumpur, Joshua moved back to Detroit to
join Dynatrace ONE.

With Dynatrace ONE Premium, Joshua works with a few
designated customers every week to help with application analysis, give
suggestions for optimal Dynatrace deployments, and to teach them Dynatrace Best
Practices. When he’s not coaching one of his customers, Joshua is working with
his awesome colleagues in Dynatrace ONE to assist with Live Chat – which is
offered to all of our Dynatrace SaaS & Managed customers. He’s passionate
about helping Dynatrace customers leverage the immense value of our full-stack,
AI-powered solution to improve their software.

In Dynatrace ONE Premium, Joshua works with customers
using Dynatrace SaaS and Managed. As a Guardian, he worked with AppMon and
Dynatrace Synthetic Classic.

When asked why he contributes to the Community almost
every day, Joshua said:

I
contribute to the Community to be an advocate for my customers and their
use-cases. It’s easy to find answers to questions that my customers have, and
it’s great when I can share my knowledge with others who I might not work with
every day.”

Here’s what Joshua likes best about the
Community:

I love how the Dynatrace Community
is exactly that: a community. It’s a common place to share ideas, get feedback,
and work collaboratively towards solutions. It helps the Product Managers keep
a pulse on what their users are looking for, and seeing the feedback being
implemented into the Dynatrace solution every two weeks is amazing!”

Besides his passion for helping Dynatrace customers, Joshua is very passionate about helping in his community – whether it be locally
or internationally! Attached is a photo from his most recent trip to El
Salvador where he worked with a team of amazing people at a school in an
impoverished section of the country. Joshua had the opportunity to teach a
computer class while he was there:

“It
was humbling to learn that this computer course is often the very first time
those children experience both a computer and the Internet. The school is near
one of the dormant volcanoes in El Salvador, so we were able to take some of
the children up to a scenic overlook and have a picnic on the weekend. Attached
is a photo of the team we took to El Salvador in front of that volcano!”

Joshua, thank you for building
the Dynatrace Community into a valuable place for all Dynatrace users!

Once again, congratulations!
