Announcing the Employee Member of the Month for November 2019!

Please join us in congratulating Hannah M., the Dynatrace Employee Member of the Month for November 2019!

Hannah is a Customer Technical Support Analyst for DEM. She has worked in Support for about 12 years and was in the Dynatrace Professional Services team prior to that. As a result, Hannah has experience with all our products.

In her daily work, Hannah uses Synthetic Classic and Dynatrace Synthetics. She’s passionate about helping users to get the most out of Dynatrace. Hannah also enjoys finding new ways to do things and using her experience to resolve issues.

What does she like best about Dynatrace? “I love that we gather so much information in one place. Previously customers needed several products which had to be integrated or sometimes just run alongside each other, whereas now everything is together under one platform”, Hannah explains.

Hannah considers the Dynatrace Community as a great source of information.

I have found many answers there. Since I have gained so much from it, I like to be able to share the knowledge I have gained. Many of us use the product in similar ways so often other users will have already worked out how to do something.

The team spirit is another important factor that boosts Hannah’s motivation to contribute:

“People are so willing to help each other out and share their knowledge. It shows how much people like the product when they are happy to help others.”

When not helping out our customers, Hannah loves spending time with her family, which tends to involve food or music. She’s also Guide Leader and enjoys having adventures outdoors.

Hannah, thank you for building the Dynatrace Community into a valuable place for all Dynatrace users!

Once again, congratulations!
