Hello everyone!
The new month has begun, and this means one thing for our forum – it's time to present a new Employee Member of the Month.
And the winner is... Silvia Moreno Uribarri! Congratulations!
Silva is a Lead Consultant in the North EMEA Team for Dynatrace. Her job is to help customers get the most out of Dynatrace.
“I focus mostly on the process and the people, helping the teams integrate monitoring and AI into their day to day.”
Her favorite Dynatrace product is Dynatrace Managed. She likes that it gives the companies a lot of flexibility, without having to give up the amazing support that Dynatrace provides behind the scenes. She also told us her most intriguing use case, that she encountered with Dynatrace:
“Once Dynatrace helped my customer detect a DDos attack that their security tools had not alerted on. It all started when they were analyzing a performance issue highlighted by Dynatrace. Soon they discovered the performance problems were, in fact, caused by malicious activity against two servers.”
Silvia is an often guest in our Community:
Outside of the work, Silvia loves to travel, swim and listen to live music. She also volunteers to work with children in the Refugees camp. “I am hardly ever at home in the evenings!”
