I've got the CAS / EntSynth Console / RUM etc. all running on localhost. A windows VM is running the agent (again on localhost).
I'm not seeing CNS breakdowns for any transactions.

Please open a support ticket for this issue.
We will need the following:
1) Please collect the support information on the agent and send that to me. You can access this from the start menu -> Synthetic Monitoring -> Tools -> Collect support information for Technical Support.
2) Please also send in the last few transdata files from your Agent Manager:
If this is a migration the directory will be ProgramData\Compuware\ClientVantage\Data\dbvas
If this is a straight install the directory will be \ProgramData\Compuware\Synthetic Monitoring\Data\dbvas.
