I have two synthetic agents doing http checks. The checks are successful however Synthetic Monitoring option is available on the CAS report page.
Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 52.4 MB each and 262.1 MB total.
I think both in Title as description the word "Not" is missing?

Are you logging in as adminuser?
If not does it happen also when you lkog in as adminuser?
Yes, that is the user account being used.

oke, good. And I assume in CAS configuration in RUM Console enabled as data feed to your CAS instance.

And did you connect the Synthetic Monitoring server to the CAS in RUM Console?
I followed the install and user guide for Synthetic Monitoring but I do not remember that specific instructions. Which guide would I find it in?

Do you have Synthetic Monitoring option included in your license (http://CAS/About)?
Synthetic backbone is listed with a license.
I think that Backbone is for Gomez, not Enterprise Synthetic. Perhaps share the output under 'Available Licenses', from http://CAS/About
Check updated libraries and support added in the latest NAM service pack.
