Hi all! For those using anytime Synthetic Enterprise… do you ever get this error message after installing Agent and Agent Recorder and trying to open Agent Recorder?
Found this on Community, https://community.dynatrace.com/community/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=147523384. I followed but same situation after reinstalling it

The article you re referencing is about TestPartner, it’s not applicable to the Agent Recorder. The Agent Recorder installation should be preceded by the installation of the OS Update of the same release. Have you done that? If not, uninstall the Agent Recorder, install OS Update, and then install the Agent Recorder. You might also benefit from Information on VBA Usage and Available Patches article. If you still cannot start the Agent Recorder, please attach the screenshot of the exact message you are receiving.
