I have another rookie question to ask. I have SPE connected to DCRUM, however, I noticed that I don't see any Networking metrics. We have an SPE Agent installed on a server out of state, and it is opening up a locally installed application thru the scripts.
Actually, I think I just answered my question. It's because the agent is installed in the same Data Center that is out of state that also contains the Application Servers. Would this be correct?
If so, in order to obtain the Network metrics, do I need to install an agent where I am located (a couple states away) from the App servers, then install the app locally on the SPE agent server in order to execute the scripts?
Thank you for your help,

Which networking metrics do you mean, C/N/S times or the network traces?
Network metrics should show up independently of how close the Agent is to the application servers, they would just show different times. So I don't think that's your problem.
Can you check whether the Packet Capture Driver has been installed on the right network interface and whether the checkboxes in the transaction definition in the Console all have the network metrics checked?
