I am currently having trouble with an Agent Recorder installation. The workstation customer has provided me has several restricitions on installation and execution. I have had several dificulties to install the OS Updates and the Agent itself. After several try and error actions and a long WebEx session with support we have managed to have the product installed. But it won't run at all.
While opening the recorder I can see the license screen, telling me I still have 25 days left of evaluation, then the DC RUM splash screen appears and nothing else.
I have run the installation with verbose logging, have tried activating several logs and check windows erros with no luck.
Is there anything else I can do to discover what is going on? Does TestPartner.exe has a command line option to log erros?
I am kind of on a dead end, as customer won't provide a different workstation and all my tests have no succesful result.
Case is still opened and under investigation.
