Frequent short period of unavailability of ESM performance monitor.

Hi, we have a CAS Dashboard which shows the performance monitor from ESM Manager. We noticed that there are frequent short period of performance monitor unavailability, ie, no performance monitor shown on the CAS Dashboard. Can anyone advise what could be the cause? Thanks.
