Can we define alert for single user's frustrated action in Oneagent?

Hey Sumit,

You are not able to define the threshold for a specific user, but if you found a user action or define a key user action you should be able to set up a custom alert based off of the MAX aggregation. This will allow you to set an alert if any action goes above what you define as the maximum threshold.
