OneAgent is installed by using environment ID & token ID on Azure VM but still it is not detecting on Dynatrace UI. Please help to get this fixed. I've AWS VM already in my Dynatrace UI.

Hi Irshad,

It is certainly possible to monitor both.

Can you verify that the agent can actually connect? Meaning that the ports have been opened between the agent and the SaaS or Managed instance.

Hi Irshad,

What Kristof pointed out above is a good idea to check into.

Also, here is the article on how to monitor Azure with Dynatrace: https://help.dynatrace.com/infrastructure-monitori...

You specify that you have installed the OneAgent with the environment ID and token ID - is the token you generated a PaaS token? I am guessing it is but want to make sure you are going through the setup correctly.

It's working now, not why it took long time to reflect VM on Dynatrac UI.

Thank you for your responses on this!
