Have you experienced it? Do you have any idea
to workaround it…

Hi Aoki,

Without more details on the exception (e.g. which class is not found) it is hard to say what could be causing this. I would check the permissions of the account running WebSphere and see that is has read rights to the OneAgent install directory. If you are not able to provide logs here, it would be best to open a support case for this so your environment can be reviewed, it may be best to do that anyway.

Caused by: java.lang.LinkageError: loading constraint violation: loader "com/ibm/ws/classloader/CompoundClassLoader@14062fbb" previously initiated loading for a different type with name "javax/xml/namespace/QName" defined by loader "com/ibm/oti/vm/BootstrapClassLoader@6c6ef511"

Due to the LinkageError Exception I recommend openning a Dynatrace Support case for this to have the sensors reviewed for your Java environment.
