Is there any way to know whether or not the problem ticket has problem evolution before click onto the tiles?

If there isn't, I am thinking maybe this can be a good RFE.

I know it sounds useless most of the time during 'normal' period, but during POC period this can possibly be kinda .....little bit more useful, and can save my time when we browse through the many tiles in problems dashboard.

Most standalone infrastructure problems do not show any interesting problem evolution as those do not involve service transactions. Most interesting problems are always those that include one or more services and/or a RUM application.

Hi Chan,

To add to what Wolfgang said, I always look for problems that have 2 or more services or 2 or more infrastructure components impacted. Those normally have the problem evolution player. The standalone or individual entity problems rarely have the evolution player.

Thanks
