Mission Control to Dynatrace Managed communication

The sales engineer has extended the license, but the license is still showing expired on the cluster side. I am able to run "Test connection" to Mission Control, and also able to telnet to each individual IP address in the list for Mission Control. I restarted the cluster twice already, but still not getting license updated. The cluster seems getting the updates for new releases. What additional tests do I need to perform or what log file will show the issue? Or can I manually install the license to the cluster?

License may be extended from particular date. You should contact the sales representative why license has not been extended.

The license has been extended in the Mission Control to my account, but couldn't get sync'ed to my cluster. Would like to understand what the problem could be, and how to force a synchronization?

You can't force synchronization. It's contacting opc at least once in a hour.

Never mind. They used a wrong license key.

License is being automatically synchronized every 5 minutes. If it's not synchronized every 5 minutes, then there's a connectivity issue between a cluster and Mission Control. Check proxy settings or your network then.
