Hello @Wai Keat C.

Dynatrace OneAgent only sends data outbound (uni-directional) to ActiveGate/Dynatrace Server and from ActiveGate to Dynatrace Server.

Communication is always uni-directional from Dynatrace Cluster to Mission Control.

Babar

Thanks Babar.

Just to link back to our documentation. Communication from OneAgent to Dynatrace is outbound only; Dynatrace never initiates communication with OneAgent. So there's no need to open ports for inbound communication when using Dynatrace. This is documented at the bottom of our How OneAgent Works page and if you would like to see documentation from an architectural perspective including ActiveGates, see our Supported connectivity schemes for ActiveGates page.
