Stackdriver Integration with dynatrace

What are the steps for pulling in data from StackDriver to feed FullStack Monitoring data into Dynatrace’s AI Engine?

For Fully Managed, non-flex, GCP applications this is the only day to monitor into Dynatrace. THere was supposed to be a StackDriver Plugin, but even though it looked to be in early release, it has never been created. This is a BIG Hole in Google application Monitoring
