Hi all!
What does Service method means for WebRequest Service? Is it each URI PATH we can see in TOP REQUESTS?
If I am right, so baseline should be calculated for each URI path in each service

WebServices are related to particular method that is called on server. And yes you are right, dynatrace is baselining not only whole service but each type of requests (by uri/method) seperate as well.
