Currently, the data model for usersession "table" in the user query language does not include the APDEX. It is only included for user actions. Is there a way to retrieve the session calculated APDEX ?

Dynatrace does not calculate the user experience index (from AppMon) or the Apdex on the whole user session. But this is already in development and will be in the product in the next months.
It will be based on the User experience index which is already available in AppMon, but it will also take new stuff like rage clicks ("a user clicks very often on a button because nothing is happening") into account.

And to amend to this: As soon as it is available it will also be added to the query language
