Hi Tarjei,
as Sebastian and Julius have correctly pointed out, RPM package is not really a good fit when we consider the design of the OneAgent installation and update process.
We currently do not plan on providing such, please also see Bartek's reply here: https://answers.dynatrace.com/content/idea/223402/provide-rpm-package-for-aix-agent-install.html
Regards,
Tomasz

OneAgent is served by your Database Cluster (for SaaS it’s served by your tenant, from managed, from your environment). Agent is predefined by default. It’s not possible to create rpm that would be added to local repository or something. Agent is server as sh file right from Dynatrace and it is preconfigured (agent from start knows where server or active gates are). As Julius said, making RPM in such case is useless.

No there is not and probably never will. You could create an RPM that would do the installation with predefined parameters, but I don't think this is valuable since oneagent has its own update system.
Why does the customer insist on RPM?
