Depending on how the negative feedback is processed, it might be possible to expose the negative feedback as request attributes. If that isn't possible, it might be possible to access the data from it's system of record and send a problem event to dynatrace if a threshold is violated. We would need more information on the feedback data available, such as: is the problem URL part of the feedback? What is the rating system employed for satisfaction?
