Hello, is possible to define bussines hours in Dynatrace Managed SaaS for alert periods? Where can i finde it?

You can define maintenance windows only. You can choose if you want problem detection to be active during maintenance windows. So I think this may satisfy your requirement, you just need to define the opposite - the "non-business hours".
