Is there any way to exclude/Include IP addresses for UEM monitoring of Region/City wise?

I think there is not

This is only settings you have, and I don't think it is possible to determine IP range for particular City/Region.

Thank you for your prompt response.

Basically, there is a public web site which has been DoS attacked a number of times. We wanted to enable DEM due to some business requirements but wondering about DEM consumption in case of any attack in the future.

DDOS attacks in general aren't made via browser but via robots generating loads (smething like jMeter). So in such case there should be no consumption of DEM units.
