Interactive Chart

1 - I am setting up a dashboard and need to include an interactive chart on the dashboard to display couple of usage statistics in the chart. Dynatrace version i am using is Ver. 1.172.119. I tried to go throught this url:

However, i do not see any option to create an interactive chart.

2 - We have agents set up on a number of servers. And want to create hostgroups. How can I do it after? Tried following this page: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/how-to-use-dynatrace/hosts/configuration/organize-your-enviro... , only way i see is oneagentutil , however its not present in agent/lib64 directory.

Can hostgroup be defined in any of the agent configuration files?

Please help in bridging the gap...

About 1st point. Link that you have paste is related to Dynatrace Synthetic Classic, not to Dynatrace. These are different products. In Dynatrace there is no chart like this. You should look into these docs related to synthetic functionality in Dynatrace:

About second thing, host groups cannot be changed manually as I know, you have to use that util. As you can read in provided documentation page, this feature is in early adopter release. This means that not all users has access to this tool.

For the host group change, your only options are to use oneagentutil (which I highly recommend) or to do a reinstall. The oneagentutil is "preview" but is available to use on version 1.161 or higher agents without registration or anything. There is no real risk to using it. It simply updates the configuration in a supported way.

The equivalent to Classic Interactive Charts in Dynatrace is Custom Charts. You can find information on them here. For Usage metrics, type 'billing' in the metrics field and you will see a list of usage metrics.
