How to create a Dynatrace Browser for a file share endpoint. The fileshare end point has the token details for authentication.

Have you already checked advanced configuration of browser monitors: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/shortlink/browser-monitors-config#advanced-setup- ?
I guess you can use credential vault and HTTP headers to authenticate.
