Dynatrace Managed - update tenant transaction storage settings via API/command line

Hello,

Need some help - hit the wall here.

We have a very heavily utilized DT managed cluster with >2200 environments and 15 Large cluster nodes inside it. When going to Gui --> Environments, it times out - I waited for 1h, 10h, any time of the day/night - result always the same.

I need to update the Transaction Storage settings for one tenant. I tried to use a shortcut -
https://our.cluster.id/cmc#cm/environments/envDetails;envId=our-tenantID;gf=all but it times out as well.

I see at the Cluster API documentation
https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/setup-and-configuration/dynatrace-managed/cluster-api/dynatra... it lists:

Environments

List all existing environments
Create new environments
Get properties of specified environment
Update existing environment
Delete specified environment

I have a slight suspicion that the above might help me but these calls are not documented.

I need to have means to do the task - via API/command line, etc - I don't care.

Please help.

Hi Irakli,

your cluster has a way more environments than we support. Simply the cluster is overloaded that's why the time-outs occur. I think we may help you with setting this up - please open a support ticket for that.

REST API you mentioned does not expose configuration of transaction storage. This will come in the future.
