Hello,

Is there a reason that databases have no usable request attributes? (as an example table name)

Database services are detected differently from other services in that we see the outbound call from the monitored application process as opposed to injection by the OneAgent into the database process itself. So we don't have that visibility directly from the injection, any metadata like what you're referring to would be coming from an extension (either custom or built-in) and even in these cases it would not be in the form of request attributes (unless we make changes in this area).
