I have an ESXi host that is hosting 3 VMs, inside 3 VMs there is OneAgent monitoring already. Now if I also install OneAgent in the ESXi host, would there conflict/problem?

AFAIK installation on ESX is not supported and it does not make much sense. Please use the vmware integration in Dynatrace for connecting to ESX or VCenter.
