This is not easy to tell as HarmonyOS itself is a collection of Operating Systems - there are different implementationss for TV boxes and mobile devices. It was said that it is different from Android, but current mobile implementation seems to be the same... but as it also seem that they have a different gradle plugin it does not look like we have OOTB support for it.
Evaluation support for this also currently is not on the roadmap - but current state indicates that Android apps that have been (manually) instrumented might run - but as we do not provide any support for this.
