Can we create Custom info events to Problems Cards

We are received few Custom info events in Host Page , Which we are trying converting in to problem Card and we created alert profile with custom event , Not getting any response.

No, Events are not considered as problem cards and they exist in the entity page. You could post this as an RFE if this is needed.
