Dynatrace Tab and Problem Ticket Mismatch

Hi team,

Dynatrace has moved to DR environment from PROD. Post this movement We are facing slowness and Show more tab in problem section and Dashboard problem count is showing different as well as some tickets are resolved but ticket is still showing open.

Kindly provide resolution.

Hi @raghvendra,

can you elaborate more on what kind of approach are you using for DR, An active-passive DR solution is not supported by Dynatrace. I'm assuming that you've moved everything in the managed cluster with the same configurations, kindly elaborate more with details.
