Problems page is not filtering properly

Hi,
I am trying to filter the problems that occur due to CPU Saturation. In Filters, I put Text ~ "CPU Saturation" but Dynatrace is showing problems due to CPU Saturation and Memory Saturation.

Can somebody tell me why this is happening? How do we filter out problems of accurate category?

Indeed, this search filter works in an unexpected way. I'll create a ticket to the dev team to look at this. Thanks for sharing!

Update: 

The team is currently working on this. The goal is that different terms inside of one text filter should be ANDed instead of ORed like they're now
As this then acts more like a filter than a search we can remove the whole scoring and just sort the result the default way (status and start time). We plan to ship it around version 1.250-1.252. Observe release notes!
