How do I use Dashboards to calculate the success rate, response time, memory, etc., of custom services?

Hi,

What comes to mind is using Calcukate Service Metrics: https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/platform-modules/applications-and-microservices/services/service-mon....

However, you are not able to do very advanced calculations, in which case you can use external ELK and Kibana.

For the SaaS version, you can think about using Grail.
