Why different response from Dynatrace when accessing via application load balancer and network load balancer?

I have Dynatrace Managed on AWS. I have 2 load balancers, network load balancer and application load balancer.

When I access <mynetworkloadbalancer>/<dashboard_url_for_metric>/gf=all;gtf=-2h and also <mynetworkloadbalancer>/<dashboard_url_for_metric>/gf=all;gtf=-365 to now

return is 200.

but when i access from <myapplicationloadbalancer>/<dashboard_url_for_metric>/gf=all;gtf=-2h is fine
and when i access from <myapplicationloadbalancer>/<dashboard_url_for_metric>/gf=all;gtf=-365 to now

getting error 403. any suggestion from my application? or i miss some config in my application load balancer?

Hi @learndyna

The case is unusual from what I understand your post.
For correct understanding please confirm. Do you have a Managed version that you are running on hosts in AWS? Are you only getting a 403 error when you select the 365 day filter?
Have you verified the server logs?

Radek

Have a nice day!
