• Use BizOps Configurator to monitor licenses like overused oneagent licenses https://dynatrace.github.io/BizOpsConfigurator/#begin – Dashboard “Licensing Overview”  - I have found many servers in full stack taking too many licenses and DDU metric issues

• Implement IAM policies especially allowing Read Only Users to view settings

• You can now close problems in Bulk in the UI with SaaS release 1.282 https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/whats-new/release-notes/saas/sprint-282! 

• Synthetic ActiveGates can now be clustered

• Go to Perform 2024 or at least watch virtually (I am watching virtually).  Great new features on the horizon for Dynatrace

• Account Management

1. Make sure you have some users setup as “Emergency Contacts”
2. Enable Environmental Notifications under your account page (My Profile)
