Does AppEngine cache requests?

JoSk
Observer

Hi, because of DR and fail-over architecture considerations I wondered if an AppEngine-EdgeConnect setup is able to cache requests if the connection between Dynatrace SaaS tenant and customer network fails so no data is lost.

OneAgent and ActiveGates do that using buffers at least to some small extend as far as I know. Is there something similar in place on AppEngine/EdgeConnect or are those real-time connections via a WSS/433 tunnel?

Best regards,
Johannes

Hi@JoSk
I think it's best if you ask DynatraceOne directly.
If you get an answer then please let us know what you have determined.

Have a nice day!
