Simple Detection Rules process group splitting with custom metadata

Hello all, I was able to successfully add some meta data to a process group instance for RabbitMQ and we can see it in Dynatrace, but after creating the simple detection rule and restarting the process group instance we are still not seeing it split off into a new process group. Could anyone help us troubleshoot to understand why that is? Here are the screenshots, of the three PGIs we only added the metadata to 03 host.

is it part of a new hostgroup? If the Host Groups are the same then it very well may be still linking them.
