What's the purpose of the oneagentloader.dll file?

Hi everyone,

Please advise on what is the purpose of the file  C:/PROGRA~1/DYNATR~1/oneagent/agent/bin/124121~1.202/WINDOW~1/oneagentloader.dll in the application server.

Memory saturation caused to DT one agent and we could find error with the data as can be seen in the logs
