Why oneangetctl is not friendly for provisioning tools like ansible?

I’d like to control host tags using ansible. However, oneagentctl is designed to prioritize completeness of instructions over equality of results. This is simply difficult to use.

$ oneagentctl --restart-service --set-host-tag=deployment=dev
Host tag "deployment=dev" already exists
