SSO Scenario for Synthetic

While doing On demand testing with SSO enabled Application where synthetic server is loading SSO url and as a result it gives back Microsoftonline url on which private synthetic doesn’t have connectivity. Need help to understand how can we handle this scenario where in case of Application launch we hit intranet flow and for Microsoft we follow the internet flow. Let me know if this can be achieved using Proxy settings or any other better way to handle this approach.

How does the site decide which route to take? You could have different monitors for internal testing and external testing?
If you need to test from a private location and using proxy settings is an option, then you can apply a pac file to a single monitor, so the proxy settings won't affect other monitors on the same location.
