I have been at Dynatrace since March of 2015
What was the career path that led you here?
I worked for several IT departments while studying. Towards the end of my college years I was working as an Application Engineer for an Automotive Software supplier.
How has support at Dynatrace changed since you’ve been here?
Support at Dynatrace has changed with more emphasis on community engagement and use of resources available to our customers and internal teams.
How do you participate in the Dynatrace Community?
I participate in community by adding content to the knowledgebase articles or editing articles with current information. I also watch for product ideas, and Q&A forum questions from customers to add to the discussion wherever I can.
What products do you support?
I support the Keynote product line at Dynatrace and SME for MITE and MWP.
What keeps you at Dynatrace?
Team work, working on new problems and learning new technology
What is your passion outside of work? What do you like to do?
I like volunteering and community service.
What is your educational background?
I have a Bachelors of Science in IT.
