How do i reset the indicators? Do i have to see them for 72 hours before they dissappear? I was expecting that the indicators will go away IF I RESET agent errors / script errors.
I'm referring to :
The status indicators in the first column of the content pane provide the status of each of the Agents.
Critical error – Displayed for current and/or ongoing (within the last 72 hours) critical Agent component errors including unavailability of the Agent.
Note:Icon The “unavailability of the Agent” is determined by the Agent Manager. If the Agent Manager cannot reach the Agent, the Agent Manager signals this as a critical error.
Warning – Displayed when errors have occurred within the last 72 hours.
Status Unknown – Displayed for transactions that have not reported status on a particular Agent. This icon disappears when the transaction executes successfully or reports an error.

I did mention that i have already tried resetting agent and script errors, and it doesn't work.
My agent is a "supported config". The script errors xml does get deleted. But the status indicators remain in the console. I've only seen them disappear once the last reported error is more than 72 hours old.

Select a task for an Agent, right-click and select Reset Script Errors to clear the script errors on the selected Agent. This command is only enabled if an Active transaction is selected. This option does not work for certain Agent configurations. See the list in the description for the option Reset Agent Errors below. For more information, see Reset Agent Errors and Resetting Script Errors in the Deployment View.
It will take a few minutes for the action to be reflected in the Console.
