Can we connect to a Oracle DB to execute query to create alert?

We have custom DB Extension enabled for the database. How do we connect to the DB and execute query to create an alert ?

Hello @susmita_ally 

Custom database extension will be deprecated. You can use the Extension 2.0 and create a custom querys extensions for oracle.
