Dashboard w/Metrics from Multiple Environments

We use Dynatrace Managed at my company.  I would like to know if it is possible to have a dashboard that shows metrics that are collected in different Environments.

Although I have access to 10 environments I only see two options to select a remote environment.  What makes some environments visible and other not?  Thanks  JT
